Bread, as a source of fiber and nutrition even from thousands of years in the history of humankind, has never been forgotten but was revolutionized and made complex instead. Where before, bread was plain and less in nutrients, bread-making for many generations has been elevated to almost like an art form due to their diversity and complexity in different nations and countries like from Europe and their famous French bread or that flavorful baguette now well-known across the world.

Bread has been a great food addition for us as our staple diet across ages. Bread has also been made available for us in good times and in bad; in our tables, or in the battlefield. Believe it or not, bread has been through those times in our foundation to a better world.

However, as bread revolutionizes us, we as humans have also revolutionized bread in different forms, styles, appearances, and most of all, taste! These different forms of bread have also revolutionized the creation of the Bread maker. A Bread maker is one of the most ingenious and complex machines ever created as a home appliance.

A bread maker is a machine that works exactly like a dough mixer, an oven, and different timers, and knobs for different functions all in one box-type machine. Although there are industrial size bread makers in the market, we will only focus on the bread makers that belong in your standard home kitchen.

Bread makers are wonderful machines built to lessen time, space, and energy. Even though it is a machine built by man, one must still need a guide on how to use these things just like every technology. 1. 2. As a first step to baking bread, one must prepare his/her basic components, in this case your ingredients. Prepare flour, sugar, salt, yeast, water, and some case you can add emulsifiers or leavens for preservation and beautification of your desired bread.

3. In mixing the ingredients in the machine, one must take note of adding the liquids first then the dry solids on top. This is to ensure that the yeast and water are not in contact when the machine begins its operation. As a quick info, yeast and water begins activating upon contact with each other, this should be the last thing to happen when forming the final dough of your desired bread.

4. As the dough forms, one must take note of the temperature of the inside of your bread-maker. This is to ensure the yeast’s survivability and activation in a certain temperature.

5. As a best feature of the bread-maker, this acts both as a dough mixer and as an oven which makes it very convenient and hassle-free, the only thing you must learn is the temperature and time it takes to make a finished product. As a basis, an industrial sized oven should bake batches of bread in 375 degrees Celsius in about 10 to 20 minutes. This goes as a general temperature and time for generic standard bread, other forms of bread may vary.

6. After this, remove your finished product and enjoy it as a snack, breakfast or anytime of the day for the whole family.

As a general function of the bread maker, it works exactly like a standard home bread mixer but with the fusion of a kitchen oven. An appliance of this function would help save your baking time along with the space needed for both oven and mixer to occupy in one kitchen.  And most of all, the energy of both machines are saved in one session.
